Enoch Arden

Enoch Arden is the rarely heard and deeply touching epic 1864 poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson, set to music for speaker and piano by Richard Strauss in 1897. Following an acclaimed livestream performance in November 2020 Christopher Kent and Gamal Khamis gave further performances during 2021 and 2022 and released Enoch Arden as a critically applauded CD and download album on the SOMM Recordings label in 2022.
